|14 Holbeche Road is another of Presida’s award winning projects. this light industrial strata unit complex addresses the requirements of many of Arndell Park’s local service industry providers. The development is located on the main road of the Arndell Park industrial centre.
The design, inclusions and accessibility proved so popular that 75% of the project was sold prior to completion. As people that purchased off the plan watched the progress of the construction several commented that they “never realised that they were getting so many inclusions”.
